California Select Premiuim M-401

This delicious grain remains glossy and upright after cooking and retains its moist texture for a longer period. This variety is a bit stickier than Calrose. There are also subtle taste, texture and aromatic differences. Like Calrose, California Select M-401 makes an excellent table rice and is perfectly suited for a wide variety of cuisine. The M-401 variety is also preferred by many sushi chefs for restaurant use.
