California Select Premium Japanese Style

ACC’s super-premium short-grain rice is a tasty blend of Japanese rice varieties perfectly suited to the Central California climate.

The firm, sticky grains are the preferable consistency for traditional Japanese dishes, notably sushi. The large, round kernels hold their firmness and the flavor is bold and nutty. Perfect for creamy rice dishes like risotto and rice pudding.

Koshihikari Blend

Koshi Blend is ACC’s proprietary blend of the original Koshihikari variety from Japan and similar varieties developed in California.

Without sacrificing its premium, short grain qualities, Koshi Blend can service the more price conscious user seeking a premium short grain product. The firm, short and sticky grains are the preferable consistency for most traditional Japanese dishes, notably sushi. Its grains are known for holding their firmness for long periods of time.

Brewers rice is milled rice that is less than one –fourth the length of a full rice kernel.

This rice is also perfect for further processing into rice flour, noodles, rice cakes/crackers, puffed rice (breakfast cereals), etc. 

Bran

Rice bran is a nutrient-rich by-product of the rice milling process. It consists of pericarp and seed coat.

A rich source of a protein, fat, dietary fibers, vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals (mainly oryzanols and tocopherols), bran is currently mostly used as animal feed.
